This past Saturday I had the privelege to be with six other photographers…teaching them the basic camera functions, basic editing, basic organizing as well as having a Q&A time and review & critique…but most importantly how to shoot manually inside and outside. Shooting manual inside versus outside is two different “ball games.” Same concept…same technique but two different games…As I began the workshop I could see their brains screaming…”overload…overload…overload”… I assured them to hang in there…because it’s easy. Sure enough they trusted me and are now well on their way to having total control of their images and nailing their exposure. I love it when I start seeing smiles on their faces as they shoot an image and look on their camera LCD screen and their face lights up!!!!! It’s priceless!! I looooooveeee teaching…just for this mere fact! They walk away knowing HOW to do it on their own…
