Here we are peeps…part. two of the.ONE DAY. workshop this past Saturday. This is where “the rubber meets the road”…the attendees had to shoot a session outside manually…which as they found out is m.u.c.h. easier than inside shooting. From what I am seeing all over facebook they have nailed it. This makes me happy…it’s like the cherry on top! I see their results…I see their comments back to me…I see them eager to shoot more…I see their smiles!!!!
As we started out the session…we decided to go ahead and grab a group shot before we all were drenched with nasty sweat…because by the end of the session that’s pretty much what we all were–but it was worth it! South Mississippi heat at 4pm in the afternoon is pretty much a recipe for disaster but we kept our models in the shade!
I started the session off… with these two gorgeous girls! I quickly took about 2 minutes with each girl and got my own shots- showing them how I “run” a shoot. I then stepped back and let the attendees pose and have the “spotlight” of grabbing the images they wanted. I divided the group up and sent 6 with one model and 6 with another model. Then we swapped out…then we put them together and did a little sister posing. I had a blast…I loved seeing everyone enjoying the images they were getting at the same time me standing back and watching this session…that which I never get to do! A HUGE…thank you to the girls for coming out in the heat…getting all dressed up to have 13 cameras in their faces all while telling them 200 bagillion different things to do!!!!! They were awesome!!!
